Introduction to Vipassana
Meditation Vipassana, which means to
see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient
techniques of meditation. It was taught in India more than 2500
years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, an Art of
Living. To those who are not familiar with Vipassana Meditation we

To Apply for a Course To learn Vipassana
Meditation one needs to develop one's own experience during a
residential ten day course. To apply for a course and to understand
the requirements, please read the Code of
Discipline and then find a convenient date in the
Course Schedule. You are then ready to fill in the
